Can I find your products in a store?
Yes, you can! If you would like to see our products carried in your favorite store, tell the owner about us as we are always happy to be included in a new store.
How do I order online?
Our website features a dynamic, easy-to-use, fully functional shopping cart system. As you see products that you like, click the “Add to Basket” buttons found on the product page. To access your cart at any time, click on the “Shopping Basket” link at the top right-hand corner of every page. This link also lists the total number of items found in your basket.
Once you have finished selecting your products, go to your shopping basket and select “Check Out”. Follow each step to select your shipping and payment methods. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an order number that allows you to track your order from processing to packaging to shipping to delivery.
If for any reason you are having trouble placing your order, please contact us immediately so that we can correct the situation.
How do I find the product I want?
The easiest way to browse our products is by using the sidebar on the left-hand side of our home page, where you can browse our selection of signature Love is the Key® jewelry, chocolates, stoneware, and shirts.
If you are searching for a particular product, we also provide a search box on the top right hand of every page.
As we are a boutique design team, our product line is always adding new exciting items. This also means at times that limited edition items might go out of stock. If a product that you previously saw featured on our site is no longer here, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to assist you in acquiring the Love is the Key® product you desire.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If for any reason you have changed your mind regarding an order and need to either change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. For most orders, if we are notified before shipment, we will be able to refund your money. Certain custom-ordered products, such as our 3-inch yellow and white gold pendants, chocolates, or any other product that has been specially produced or customized in any way cannot be canceled once production of the product has begun.
What are your return policies?
We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us. For most products, we honor a 5 day return window. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, you can return it within 5 days for a full refund, minus shipping and handling costs, provided you follow these procedures:
*Return merchandise in its original condition and packaging; including receipt/invoice, envelopes, bags and boxes.
*Merchandise should be securely packaged and insured.
*LOVE IS THE KEY® is not responsible for returns that are damaged in transit.
Items with manufacturing defects may be returned for exchange. Items that were altered, cut, or manufactured to your specifications cannot be accepted for credit or exchange. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
The following custom-made products are final sale only and non-returnable: chocolates; any personalized, customized, or special-order product; and the 3-inch yellow and white gold pendants.
To return an item, please contact us and we will begin the return process.
In the event that a product is damaged in shipping and arrives defective, please contact us so that we can rectify the situation immediately.
What is your shipping policy?
Our shipping policy is simple:
- All orders over $50 shipped to locations in the United States of America are shipped free of charge.
- Orders under $50 shipped to locations in the USA are charged a flat $5.00 fee.
- International orders to select countries are charged a flat $15.00 fee. If your country is not currently available in our system, please contact us so that we can set up your shipping personally.
- Orders are typically shipped via USPS Express Shipping.
